Prism and Stick Cutting with the PBD 30-S

The PBD 30-S is specially designed to minimize the waste rate in stick mozzarella and similar prism cuts. Thanks to the cheese compression attachment, the cheese is aligned to the cutting area before, during and after cutting, so the resulting prisms are cut with 1 g precision.

The PBD-30-S compression attachment is custom-made to the user's requirements; matchbox and custom prism forms are also sliced with less than 1% waste.
