Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Dilimle Mühendislik Makina San. Ltd. Şti. ("Dilimle"), located at Aydın Mah. 4324 Sok. No: 18-A, Karabağlar / İzmir, as data controller.

Personal data processed

• Identity: name, surname.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address.
• Request information: the product group and machine you are interested in, and the description you write about your cutting needs.
• Transaction security: the date and time you submit the form, IP address.

Purposes of processing

• Evaluating your quote and information requests, recommending the right machine for you and preparing a quote,
• Contacting you by phone or e-mail about your request,
• Carrying out pre-sales and after-sales processes,
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse,
• Only if you give separate consent, sending commercial electronic messages about campaigns and news.

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract), Article 5/2-f (the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed) and Article 5/2-ç (fulfilling legal obligations).

Sending commercial electronic messages is based solely on your consent under Law No. 6563. Not giving consent does not affect the evaluation of your quote request.

Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automatic means, when you fill in the forms on our website. Data you share when you call us by phone or write via WhatsApp or e-mail is also processed for the same purposes.

Transfer

Your personal data, limited to the purposes above, may be shared with the suppliers from whom we receive website hosting and e-mail services and, upon request, with authorized public bodies and judicial authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Retention period

Your personal data is stored from the conclusion of your request for the periods foreseen in the relevant legislation or for as long as the purpose of processing requires; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

By applying to the data controller under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with its purpose,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that correction and deletion be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

Application

You can submit your requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with information that identifies you, by e-mail to dilimle@dilimle.com or in writing to Aydın Mah. 4324 Sok. No: 18-A, Karabağlar / İzmir. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
