The BD-30 block food slicing machine is used to cut cheese varieties, solid fats, salami, peeled fruit, confectionery and similar homogenized products of comparable consistency into flat slices, cubes and fingers (sticks). It is a food slicer that allows cutting and weighing in these forms.
With the BD 30 you can slice at different thicknesses from 5 mm up to 300 mm, slice 30 – 40 – 50 gram kashar cheese, and cut tulum cheese in standard portion weights such as 100 g and 200 g.
The cutting thickness and cutting moulds of the BD 30 can be changed by the user, so different products can be sliced at different thicknesses and in different forms.
With the BD 30 you can slice matchbox prisms of different thicknesses, cut simit cheese and prepare mozzarella sticks.
With the BD 30 you can cut cubes at different sizes from 6 mm up to 100 mm!
