The PBD-30 block food slicing machine is a food slicer that cuts and portions cheese varieties above all, as well as solid fats, salami, peeled fruit, confectionery and similar homogenized products of comparable consistency, in slice (flat cut), cube and finger (stick) forms.
With the PBD 30 you can slice at different thicknesses from 4 mm up to 300 mm. You can slice 20 g matchbox-size kashar cheese, cut tulum cheese in standard portion weights such as 100 g and 200 g, and cut 45 g cheddar!
The cutting thickness and cutting moulds of the PBD 30 can be changed by the user, so different products can be sliced at different thicknesses and in different forms.
With the PBD 30 you can cut matchbox prisms at different thicknesses, cut stick simit cheeses, cut julienne salami and prepare mozzarella sticks.
With the PBD 30 you can cut cubes at different sizes from 4 mm up to 100 mm!
